All full time team members are eligible to participate in the Health Care Insurance Benefit. Bassett Creek Dental will pay 60% of the premium for the individual coverage while the team member will be responsible for 40%. Team Members may add spouse and/or children; however, they will be responsible for the additional cost.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Eligible team members may elect to participate in this pre-tax payroll contribution when they enroll in the high deductible insurance plan. Funds placed in this account are used to cover medical expenses. Unused balances roll over from year to year.
All full time team members, their spouse and dependents up to age 22 are eligible to receive 100% paid dental benefits (with the exception of lab costs).
All full time team members are provided Life Insurance at 1x their annual earnings to a maximum of $50,000. Bassett Creek Dental pays 100% of the premium for this benefit.
125 Flexible Spending Plan:
Unreimbursed Medical Account: Eligible Team Members may elect to participate in this pre-tax payroll contribution. Funds placed in this account are used to cover expenses not covered by Medical or Dental Plans.
Dependant Care Account: Eligible Team Members may elect to participate in the benefit. Funds placed in this account are used to reimburse participants for daycare expenses through pre-tax contributions.
401K Retirement Plan
Eligible members may contribute 15% of their gross earnings into this deferred income retirement plan. Eligibility and entrance into the plan are in accordance with Plan documents.
All full time team members are eligible to participate in the Profit Sharing.
Earned Time Off
Paid time off is granted to all full time team members. 8 days are available the first year and 13 days are available the second year.
Full-time members receive 7 paid holidays each calendar year.
All team members are eligible to attend in-house seminars and training sessions where CE credit is available at no charge.
Clinical staff are provided scrub pants and appropriate lab coats. Other staff members are provided blazers or an appropriate uniform allowance.
We offer free parking within 50 feet of the entrance.
